Microsoft Teams Calling – A New Way to Telephone

Led the transition from traditional desk-based telephony to Microsoft Teams Calling, enabling an IP-first communications platform and reducing long-term dependence on physical telephony infrastructure.

Context

As part of the wider communications modernisation programme, legacy telephony services were replaced with Microsoft Teams Calling. The project required technical implementation alongside organisational change, ensuring users adopted new ways of communicating whilst maintaining business continuity.

Outcome
