The Analogue Switch-Off Programme (ASO)

Led a large-scale technology transformation programme to migrate legacy analogue telecommunications infrastructure to modern IP-based services ahead of the UK PSTN switch-off.

Context

The programme encompassed more than 1,000 geographically distributed sites requiring assessment, planning, infrastructure upgrades and migration to ensure continuity of business-critical telephony before the national PSTN withdrawal.
