Led the design and delivery of a scalable endpoint deployment programme for IP communications, introducing a zero-touch fulfilment process for fixed and mobile devices.
Context
The Analogue Switch-Off programme required the deployment of appropriate IP communications endpoints across a diverse national estate. Different operational teams required different combinations of desk phones, mobile devices and Microsoft Teams clients while maintaining a consistent user experience and support model.

Outcome
