ASO Datalake Power BI Model
Designed and developed a structured analytical data model to support the UK's Analogue Switch-Off programme, transforming fragmented telecoms data into a reusable planning and reporting platform.
Context
Legacy PSTN inventory data existed across multiple inconsistent sources, making migration planning difficult. Site records, phone numbers, users, devices and property information required cleansing, matching and integration before meaningful reporting could be produced.

Outcome
